I AM GOD MEDITATION FOR GOD-REALIZATION || 1 ||

Quiet the mind of " mundane " thought with :

The SIMPLE PRANAYAMA Meditation < SSSV 10 > . Then , LIE DOWN . || 2 ||

Throw yourself up into Samadhi with : OM ! OM ! OM ! Meditation < SSSV 9 > and SONG OF ANANTA DIVYADRISHTI JYOTI Meditation < SSSV 7+8 > . || 3 ||

If " the little body " is not in ecstatic paralysis or unable to even speak , Repeat :

OM! " I ____ A M ____ G O D " — very very slowly , as if you are underwater , inside The Ocean of Truth , speaking in sonar , elongating the sounds . Breathe deeply . THINK & FEEL THIS !

Take a pause in between and then continue repetition . || 4 ||

Repeat this I AM GOD mantra many times a day , as well , with regular vocal cadence , at various volume levels . || 5 ||

The Holy Declaration must be spoken not from the false little ego perspective , but from The True Self's mouth , which belongs to GOD . I AM GOD is being uttered by GOD , not the " personality " that you think " you " are . OM! || 6 ||

OM! This is NOT meant to aggrandize the false little ego ,
but to ANNIHILATE it ; GOD will kick " you " out to take over . || 7 ||

GOD pervades every subatomic particle of the little body .
You should start to actually FEEL this Truth throughout . || 8 ||

This Meditation is meant to dehypnotize you of the nonexistent
body , mind and intellect — Rise above these to merge into
GOD Consciousness and EXPAND OUTWARD . || 9 ||

YOU ARE EVERYWHERE . ONLY YOU EXIST . YOU ARE GOD . || 10 ||

OM! GOD ALONE EXISTS . GOD ALONE IS REALITY .
