Rama received a letter in the hills from Rai Bahadur Lala Baijnath , a Judge at Agra , stating that the Rai Bahadur was preparing a SHASHTROKTA-UPASANA , having collected materials for it from the Vedas , the Vedanta , the Puranas , etc .

There is not the least doubt as to the excellence of the Suktas or aphorisms , the shrutis or Vedic text and the Bhajans ( devotional songs ) , that have been collected by the Rai Bahadur .

Rama has been asked to write its introduction . In response to it , Rama has written in simple language , the ordinary thoughts and ideas that satisfy the mind and show the Divine Vision to the writer both within and without . The whole world shining like the diamond is becoming the Divine Ocean .

" To know Brahma ( Divinity ) is to be immortal . Brahma is in front , Brahma is behind , Brahma is on the left , Brahma is on the right " . ( Manduk Upanishad II . 2 - 10 ) .
