OM! Every single " atom " in your whole body is permeated ,
pervaded , interpenetrated by GOD ; extend that idea out to
the air that surrounds you , that is as well ; and keep going
further out in The Infinity of OMniPresent GOD ! ओम् ओम् ओम्

OM! Use the GOD-filled brain , tongue and mouth to say :

" I AM GOD " ! Simply Tell The Truth ! FEEL IT ! ओम् ओम् ओम्

You are dehypnotizing yourself of the little false self in order to REALIZE what YOU really are . Diversity is illusion .

The Ego is fiction . All concepts of smallness have to be destroyed . The limited little body consciousness must die .

YOU ARE THE WHOLE GOD and nothing but THAT .

This Meditation is meant to dehypnotize you of the nonexistent
body , mind and intellect — Rise above these to merge into
GOD Consciousness and EXPAND OUTWARD .

YOU ARE EVERYWHERE . ONLY YOU EXIST . YOU ARE GOD .

Rama brings to your special attention two important points :

1 . Denial of little self .
2 . Positive assertion of Real Self .

The first means Renunciation or Purgation as the mystics call it .
This is negative ; " atonement " .

The second is positive ; " at-one-ment " , as Rama puts it .

This is Realization .

While chanting OM , you must feel yourself to be one with this true " I AM " .

By this strong feeling , the mind is merged in the Reality . By this strong belief , by this living knowledge of the mind , the mind becomes , as it were , a bubble which bursts into the mighty Ocean of Reality .

This is the way to Realization ; this strong feeling , this living knowledge on the part of the mind laying hold of you , and dehypnotizing your false self , is the way to gain Truth , to free yourself .

Dehypnotize yourself ; the parent hypnotizes the child when whispering , " Oh Johnnie " , in the ear , " Oh Georgie " and makes the child Johnnie and Georgie through the body .

Trust in the Divinity and you are safe . Be not dupes of senses .

Rise above hypnotism and suggestions of your neighbours . All your worldly ties and connections hypnotize you into misery and anxiety .

Sail on , march on to the real Self ;
get rid of all this superstition , this superstition of the body .

Get rid of this hypnotism of this little body ;
you have hypnotized your-self into this brain or body .

Get rid of that , sail on , march on
to the eternity , the reality , the true Self .

Just throw yourself into this state , above the body , above the mind , and dehypnotize yourself into the Light of lights , into the Sun of suns , and you will see the whole world unfolded before you in a panorama , or melted down as a cloud .

Everything will come about in a most submissive way before you .

When a person can act like a log of wood , through hypnotic thought-force , either by auto-suggestion or hetro-suggestion , why should one not behave like or become GOD Itself by saturating the mind with the idea of GODhood ?

The law is the same .

A dehypnotisation of the consciousness of physicality and individuality is the essential purpose of all methods of spiritual meditation .

and the de-hypnotisation of ourselves .

Divine Illusion the individual has to dehypnotise oneself
into the consciousness of Self-Illumination and absoluteness .

The de-hypnotisation of our mind is our first duty .

It is difficult to believe that one would be easily successful in an attempt at such a kind of dehypnotisation .

Even great thinkers are unable to extricate themselves from these parochial ways of thinking ; and these are not going to cut ice before GOD .

You have hypnotised yourself into the belief that you are outside the Absolute . You are under a spell of hypnotism created around yourself , and you are putting questions about the spell of hypnotism itself . The questions are also a part of the hypnotic effect ; they are not rational questions .
