All " mental " " pain " and " suffering " ; " sorrow " and " grieving " — are rooted simply in the " Ignorance " of :

OM! THE TRUTH & FACT THAT GOD ALONE EXISTS . OM! || 3 ||

Since there is no " duality " , there can be no " missing " , " lacking " , " wanting " , " disappointment " , " rejection " ; nor " separation " , " leaving " , " parting " ; nor " DEATH " . || 4 ||

Feeling " separation " from " someone " stems from the " belief " that " you " are a " personality " " who " will " miss " a " personality " to " whom " " you " have become " attached " . LOVE , it is " symptomatic " of " body-consciousness " . || 5 ||

" You " " deny " GOD when " you " recognize not the Divinity that is GOD as YourSelf and ALL . " You " " deny " GOD by " grieving " for a " loved one " — for " you " cannot SEE DIVINELY beyond " your " non-existent " personality " and that of the " loved one " to KNOW YOURSELF ONLY : GOD ALONE ! || 6 ||

There can be no " pain " , " suffering " , " grieving " for THE ETERNAL GOD . THE TRUTH . The " personalities " that " you " believe " you " and " others " to be are " FANTASIES " . || 7 ||

OM! " YOU " are the very " source " of " your " own " PAIN " . || 8 ||

THROW OFF THESE FANTASIES . REALIZE YOU ARE GOD . || 9 ||
